ABOUT
The Grief and Wellness Group is designed to help people understand that it is possible to complete unresolved grief so they can truly move on with their life and renew their joy.
The idea for the Grief and Wellness Group in Tucson was formed by Bobbie Rill, M.A., LPC. After serving over 30 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Bobbie realized how loss was a common thread in the lives of her clients. With a desire to help people struggling through the pain of their loss, Bobbie and her husband, Bob formed The Grief and Wellness Group, Inc.
Unresolved grief is almost always associated with wishing things were better, different, or more and has to do with unfulfilled hopes, dreams, and expectations. Our clients can choose to work on a person who is living or one who has died. We are committed to helping the individual walk through the process that will lead them to greater peace and joy.

Testimonials
This class is Amazing. It was very hard at first but choosing to finish the work and apply the recovery process has made me feel almost new, not all the way new but close. If you start this program, finish it you will not regret it.

I didn’t think I needed a grief recovery class. But I found I had minimized the pain as a child of divorce. I didn’t realize that outburst of anger and misdirected hurt toward family members was a result of the loss. Thanks

This class opened up feelings I had buried and wasn’t aware of – although I had given up on ever having a relationship again with my brother after my 91-year-old mom died, it gave me the honesty to say to myself I really hope in reestablishing a relationship of truth and honesty and love.

I have been in counseling for about 1 ½ years and I have also been on anti-depressants and yet I only felt a little better. After I completed this class, I felt as if a weight lifted off my shoulders and that I could go on with my life without always dwelling on the past.

You are the first program leaders able to open the door to my future so that I feel prepared for whatever comes next.

Your grief recovery class was life changing. I highly recommend it to everyone in order to remove the blocks that could be holding you back from a fulfilled, loving and happy life.

I like how this process goes along with my 12-step program. Also, I like the way forgiveness is explained as a decision not a feeling. I want to do this work on every relationship in my life whether living or dead.
