Just Wishing, Hoping and Dreaming are the opening words of a popular song a few years ago.  But I think it speaks to the secret life we all wish we could enjoy.  A life filled with daily bliss.

So, are you there yet?

If not maybe Mental Health Monday will help.  Mental Health Monday’s are divided into 12 categories that are designed to stimulate your thinking, and challenge you to be fit for the life you want to live.  There are three primary categories that will serve as core headings Physical, Emotional and Spiritual under which all other areas of fitness must fall.  So, follow me through the year, take your pulse in each area, and accept the personal challenge to be the best you can be with changes or the satisfaction of conformation of the life you want to live.

Opportunity meets preparation

The best we can hope for is to be prepared to seize the moment when opportunity tip toes by our door step.  It’s about that challenge of being prepared that Mental Health Monday is all about. The meeting of daily demands and future challenges that make up the mix of the life we all live.
