There are a number of things that make humans unique and separate us from the animal kingdom.  One significant difference is that humans are creatures that can reason with complex emotions.  During our lifetime, we may experience every emotion possible. We will have enjoyed the euphoria of the mountaintop, as well as the darkness of a deep valley.

The person who can handle life’s challenges by recovering from the disappointments and setbacks that inevitably happen in life is emotionally fit.

Taking responsibility and improving your emotional health is a rewarding experience.  It will benefit every aspect of your life—improve your mood, refine your relationships and greatly cultivate your resilience to everyday circumstances.

You can decide to take the path of courage and maintain a healthy emotional lifestyle.  By choosing courage, you will enjoy greater contentment and zest for living than you may have ever experienced up to this point in your life.
